Malaga
Malaga City with its famous church called ‘La Manquita’ or the one armed lady named because the construction of the 2nd tower was never finished - the generous & warm people of Malaga sent the money over to the United States in the Civil war. The city is steeped in culture from the birthplace of Picasso to the Gibralfaro castle and the Alcazabar fort. Try the amazing Tapas to be had in and around Calle Larios, Malaga’s famous shopping steet named after the Local Larios family who produce the famous gin we have all seen on holiday in Spain.

Our Malaga Parkvillage

The British owned and managed Malaga Park was opened in 2007. This beautiful small park is nestled between Guadhalhorce Valley and the Mijas Mountain. It is situated near the village of Alhaurin el Grande meaning the “Garden of Allah” a name that harks back to the Moorish occupation of Spain. The park is only twenty minutes from Malaga airport and twenty minutes from the beach and offers uninterrupted peace and tranquillity with mature pine trees and orange and lemon orchards surrounding our available plots. November 2007 saw the completion of the lovely new pool-the terraces and surrounds will follow in early 2008.
  • Plots are a 120 square meters minimum
  • Swimming pool/including lift for handicapped

Our opinion

This is a gem of a small park tucked away in a quiet location yet only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The park is an excellent choice for those looking to escape the long British winters or for use as a holiday home. This is an excellent example of an exclusive park where a quality residential standard home will retain its value for many years to come.
