Our Esponella park is set in glorious rural countryside with spectacular views of the nearby Pyrenees, especially from the higher terraces. Esponella village is less than a mile from the park, and has a small bakery / coffee shop and a superb Michelin gourmet restaurant which is open throughout the year. The village is surrounded by rich farm and woodland and the river Fluvia is less than a mile away. The ski resorts of Setcases and Valtuur 2000 are less than an hour's drive and the beautiful Catalan coast is a mere 40 minutes away.






Our park 'Majokal' was run as a simple rural campsite for nearly forty years by a couple who retired in 2007. The new owners have ambitious plans to develop the park into a top quality site. The park itself has a wonderful natural amphitheatre setting with the upper terraces affording spectacular views over the Pyrenees. Majokal is a small park, and the new owners are further increasing the privacy by converting an area which originally contained 60 plots into 30 much larger plots for residential mobile and Park Homes. The Park is a haven for wildlife with a wide variety of birds, butterflies and fauna and flora.

It's a real bonus to have such a world famous city practically on your door-step. We feel sure you will be tempted to make several visits a year.

We will be able to assist you with your installation and purchase. Public phone is available or you can use your mobile.


Subletting to friends, family and responsible holidaymakers is allowed strictly on the condition that subletters adhere to park rules and regulations.
Park Majokal has a wonderful variety of plots varying from 110 - 300m². We offer several models of high quality Louisiane mobile homes including the Savanah (30m²) the Maldives (32m²) the Madison (40m²) and Charleston (40m²). We will also offer large 60m² twin unit park homes on large plots.

With such superb varied plots, an inspection trip will be essential to help you choose the right plot and home. Options include a purpose built verandah and a built in hot tub. All Park Homes will have hot tub and large verandah already installed, with flat screen televisions in the lounge and master bedroom, a shed for storage and the possibility of a garden area.

PRICES will vary greatly depending on pitch size, park location and your choice of home. Prices for the 30m² Savanah on a 110m² plot will start from £39,000 including transport, installation and VAT.

Your annual park fees will vary between 3,500 and 6,000 euros plus IVA depending on pitch size, facilities and location.


When the new owners have completed the park renovations, we have no doubt that this will be the finest rural park in Catalonia with a beautiful location, excellent plots -many with stunning views of the Pyrenees - a bar/restaurant in a rustic 18th century masia and to cap it all a Michelin restaurant within walking distance.
