New park - released January 2008.
Located in a peaceful valley our new park at Font De La Figuera is less than 1 hour from both Alicante and Valencia airports and the beaches of the Costa Blanca. The park only opened in October 2007 and is set in a fig, olive and pomegranate orchard, with an abundance of wildlife. A small pool and bar are due to open in the spring of 2008, and the town of La Font is within 15 minutes walking distance.
The park, which is still developing, benefits from very large plots of between 180m2 and 300m2 – however NOW is the time to BUY – This is the time when you can secure the best plots and locations on the park.
The park is primarily for adults. However visiting children are welcome to stay. Park fees are 3,250 euros plus 7% IVA for 180 m2 plots. Larger plots are on a pro rata basis.
Pets are allowed on the park, under the discretion of the park owners.
Sub-letting is allowed to relations and friends only.
